Sriracha Fry Sauce

Sweet potato fries. They're pretty much everywhere these days. I love them, don't get me wrong, but sometimes they can be a little boring. You can feel me on this, can't you? It's ok. I know you don't want to admit that something as good for you and chock full of vitamins and nutrients, as sweet potatoes are, can bore you to tears. Enter: Sriracha Fry Sauce. You're welcome. 

Much to the chagrin of, well, everyone, this is not a healthy recipe. However, if it converts just one person to choose a sweet potato fry over a regular fry even just occasionally, then I feel like it shouldn't get a bad wrap. I have a friend that won't eat sweet potato fries unless she has this to dip them in. I do. Really. Her name is Alison. If you want to try to make it healthy (please don't) you can always substitute greek yogurt if you're into that sort of thing. I haven't for the life of me, figured out why anyone would do that but, whatever. 

While I have greek yogurt on my mind, I would like to perform a little public service announcement. Please, for the love of all things holy, do not put greek yogurt in Pimento Cheese. Seriously. That's a sin against all of humanity. (Yes, this actually happened. I saw it on Pinterest.)

Ahhh, Sriracha Fry Dip.... This is sure to be the easiest thing you whip up all day. I can almost guarantee it--almost. It consists of three ingredients. Can you handle that? 1. You guessed it, Sriracha. 2. Mayo 3. Sour cream because, yum. What are you waiting for? Go make some sweet potato fries or those delicious sweet potato tots from Alexis frozen foods, mix up this little diddy and be happy. 

Sriracha Fry Dip

1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
1 tablespoon Sriracha (more or less depending on your hot sauce tolerance.) 

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together. 

That's it. For real.
